Product Description
Large end feeding and small end discharging (spindle tilting installation) are adopted to improve the screening ability. Due to the high speed, the material falls from the near high point to achieve crushing and screening.
The long hole net adopts cold-drawn stainless steel braided net, with long service life, especially suitable for hot and humid materials. The hexagon outside the screen is tensioned or fixed with each other, the surface of the screen is not easy to break, good rebound effect, and easy to replace.
Strong ventilation is used in the air inlet to cool the sand and control the mud content of the old sand.
In the foundry sand treatment and regeneration process, the rapid cooling and precise screening of high-temperature wet sand (temperature 80-150ºC, moisture content 3-8%) is the core link to improve the reuse rate of molding sand. Tilted spindle dynamic design:
The spindle is installed at an inclination of 15°-25°, and the large end feed port (Φ600-1200mm) and the vibration motor (speed 900-1500r/min) work together. The sand particles hit the screen with a parabolic trajectory (initial velocity 2-5m/s), achieving simultaneous impact crushing and screening. The processing capacity reaches 20-80t/h, which is 40% higher than the efficiency of the horizontal screening machine.
Double-center adjustment system: The vibration trajectory is dynamically balanced through the counterweight block (adjustable ±5kg), the amplitude fluctuation rate is <5%, and the screening accuracy (AFS particle size standard deviation) is increased to ±0.1mm.
Cold-drawn stainless steel woven screen:
Use 316L stainless steel cold-drawn wire (tensile strength ≥ 520MPa) to weave long hole mesh (aperture Φ0.2-5mm), hexagonal honeycomb structure (opening rate 35-60%) to increase the tensile strength of the screen by 50%, service life > 8000 hours, suitable for 300ºC high temperature sand impact environment.
Quick-release tension fixing system: Through the hydraulic tensioner (pressure 0.5-1.2MPa) and the hexagonal locking module, a single person can complete the screen replacement within 10 minutes, reducing downtime by 70%.
2. Full-process integrated solution for foundry sand treatment
The equipment can be deeply integrated into the process chain of sand dropping-screening-cooling-regeneration to build an intelligent sand treatment ecosystem:
High-temperature old sand pretreatment:
Directly connected to the outlet of the vibrating sand dropping machine, old sand containing iron beans (≤20mm) and pouring and riser residues is processed. The magnetic separation module (1500Gs) separates iron impurities with an efficiency of >99%, and the impact and wear resistance of the screen is increased by 3 times.
The closed structure (leakage rate <3mg/m³) is linked to the pulse dust collector, the dust concentration in the working area is <5mg/m³, and the noise is ≤78dB(A).
Precise sand quality control:
The three-level screening system (Φ5mm/Φ1mm/Φ0.2mm) graded the regenerated sand, micro powder and waste slag, and the sand particle uniformity (CU value) is ≤1.2, which helps the casting surface roughness reach Ra6.3μm.
Screening efficiency>98%, impurity content of screened sand<0.1%, reducing the amount of new sand replenishment by 50%;
