In the foundry sand processing process, the crushing efficiency and sand recovery rate of old sand blocks directly affect production continuity and cost control. S33 series crushers are suitable for the regeneration and recycling of old sands such as furan resin sand and water glass sand. Intelligent control: the frequency converter dynamically adjusts the vibration frequency (15-50Hz) to ensure the crushing uniformity of different sand qualities (silica sand, chromite sand).

The whole machine covers an area of less than 5m³, saving 40% of space compared with traditional crushers, and is suitable for workshop renovation projects;
