In the foundry sand processing process, the crushing efficiency and sand recovery rate of old sand blocks directly affect production continuity and cost control. S33 series crushers are suitable for the regeneration and recycling of old sands such as furan resin sand and water glass sand. Fourth-order crushing and regeneration technology:
Primary crushing: high-frequency vibration motor (excitation force 240-2100kN) drives the hammer to impact the sand block, with a processing capacity of 5-20t/h, and the particle size of the crushed sand is ≤2.5mm, which is suitable for the hardness difference between furan resin sand and water glass sand;
Dynamic screening: double-layer stainless steel screen (aperture Φ5mm/Φ0 .2mm) to simultaneously screen sand and impurities, the residual rate of micro powder is less than 0.5%, and the AFS particle size concentration (CU value) of sand is ≤1.3;
Pre-regeneration treatment: the centrifugal friction plate (linear speed 6-8m/s) peels off the residual resin film on the surface of the sand, the film removal rate is greater than 2.5%, and the loss on ignition (LOI) of the regenerated sand is stable at 1.8-3.0%;
Intelligent control: the frequency converter dynamically adjusts the vibration frequency (15-50Hz) to ensure the crushing uniformity of different sand qualities (silica sand, chromite sand).
Modular and compact design:
The whole machine covers an area of less than 5m³, saving 40% of space compared with traditional crushers, and is suitable for workshop renovation projects;
