This series of belt conveyor is a new type of belt conveyor designed according to the characteristics of the casting shop, mainly used for casting to transport new sand, old sand, molding sand, coke, limestone and other materials. Also can be used in building materials, chemical, food processing and other industries to transport non - corrosive low temperature of the block, granular loading loose materials
In the foundry, building materials, chemical and other industries, the efficiency and stability of the bulk material conveying system directly affect the production rhythm and cost control. In response to the conveying needs of new sand, old sand, molding sand and coke in the foundry workshop, the BBNEP series belt conveyor provides a set of high-load, wear-resistant and customizable conveying solutions through innovative design and intelligent upgrades. Technical characteristics and casting scene adaptability
This series of belt conveyors is specially designed for the complex working conditions of high dust and multi-category materials in the foundry workshop. It combines the dual advantages of heavy and light conveyors to achieve the following core performance breakthroughs
High-strength load-bearing structure:
Adopting EP high modulus skeleton material (breaking strength ≥15kN/m) and heat-resistant rubber covering layer (temperature resistance -20ºC~120ºC), it is suitable for the alternating conveying of high-temperature red sand (≤150ºC) and low-temperature limestone (-20ºC) in the foundry workshop to avoid belt hardening and cracking.
The design of the trough roller group (inclination angle of 35°) increases the conveying capacity by 30%, and the maximum capacity of a single machine reaches 200t/h, which meets the continuous sand supply needs of large casting workshops.
Intelligent speed regulation and climbing ability:
Equipped with a variable frequency drive system, the conveying speed can be infinitely adjusted between 0.8-4.5m/s, accurately matching the rhythm of the molding line (such as the HWS line requires a uniform sand supply of 2.5m/s).
The maximum inclination angle is 22°, which can be directly connected to the high-level feeding port of the smelting furnace to reduce the investment in transfer equipment.
Modular sealing design:
The fully enclosed guide trough (IP65 protection level) is equipped with double-side ribs (height 150-300mm), and the dust emission rate is <5mg/m³, which is better than the GB 16297-1996 standard.
The quick-detachable cleaning scraper and V-shaped sweeper realize automatic recovery of residual materials on the belt (cleaning rate >98%) and reduce the frequency of manual maintenance.
