The Hydraulic Multi-Piston Moulding Machine is a sophisticated assembly of a machine body, table, hydraulic piston contact box, mould starting mechanism, pneumatic contact box, and a comprehensive pneumatic piping system.
1. Crafted with precision, the machine body is a robust hollow framework. The upper section supports the swivel arm press head, which, when compacting, hooks onto the machine body to distribute press force effectively. The machine body and shock mechanism are bolted together for stability, with the press head attached to the swing arm, featuring a screw elevator for adjusting the press head's position relative to the sand box, tailored to its height.
2. The working table, a masterpiece of ductile iron casting, is expertly shaped and utilized according to the dimensions of the sand box, ensuring compatibility and consistency.
3. The hydraulic piston contact box is an intricate combination of a multi-contact body, pneumatic multi-contact, and four pull hooks. The pneumatic multi-contact operates by concentrating inlet air into the multi-contact body's internal air cavity while channeling it to the lower air cavity of the fixed piston. Under air pressure, this action propels the contacts attached to the cylinder barrel downward, applying significant pressure to the sand type, calculated as the sum of d1 and d2 minus the area of d3 multiplied by air pressure, delivering formidable force.
4. The mould starting structure is composed of dual mould starting cylinders, connecting rod, balance shaft, mould starting table, and mould starting rod. The initiation of the mould starting cylinder activates the connecting rod and balance shaft, raising the mould starting table and simultaneously lifting the sand box with the four top rods, ensuring precise and synchronized mould initiation.
5. The pneumatic piping system is designed for efficiency, filtering incoming compressed air to remove moisture and impurities and injecting lubricant through an oil mist for optimal component performance. Machine operations are conveniently controlled via a hand-pull valve console, simplifying action execution.
