1. Engineered with advanced pneumatic multi-contact compaction, this machine eliminates oil leakage issues. Featuring moderate ratio pressure with no specific sand model prerequisites, it handles a generous number of contacts (24-72), making it the perfect choice for intricate modeling tasks.
2. During the compaction process, the frame remains unburdened by force. Instead, the table is perfectly stabilized by four tie rods, ensuring robust internal force or 'internal compaction'. This system, comprised of the contact, hook, sand box, model plate, and table, operates with exceptional strength.
3. The machine achieves optimum pressing shock compaction by synchronously compacting the sand and table, separate from the rack. This ensures superior shock compaction results, with a high and consistent sand hardness (average hardness reaching 85~90 on the B hardness meter). 1. The machine body is a robust hollow frame designed to support the swivel arm press head. During compaction, the swivel arm securely hooks to the machine body, transferring the press force effectively. The connection between the machine body and shock mechanism is reinforced with bolts, and the press head, mounted on the swing arm, includes a screw elevator for precise adjustments according to the sand box height.
2. Expertly crafted from durable ductile iron, the working table is meticulously cast and shaped to accommodate various sand box sizes effortlessly, ensuring consistent performance.
3. The hydraulic piston contact box features a sophisticated multi-contact body, pneumatic multi-contact, and four pull hooks. The ingenious pneumatic multi-contacts operate by concentrating compaction inlet air into the multi-contact body and internal air cavity. This air pressure, combined with the fixed piston's lower air cavity, drives the contacts downwards, exerting significant pressure upon the sand type.
4. The mould starting structure, an engineering marvel, incorporates two mould starting cylinders, a connecting rod, balance shaft, mould starting table, and mould starting rod. This system ensures simultaneous lifting of the sand box and mold initiation through a smooth, synchronized operation.
5. The pneumatic piping system is meticulously designed to handle compressed air, filtering out water and impurities via an air filter. The addition of lubricants through an oil mist injector ensures each pneumatic component and mechanism functions with precision. All machine actions are effortlessly controlled through a user-friendly hand-pull valve console.
