Our jolt-squeezing moulding machines consist of a comprehensive assembly including the body, working table, mould starting mechanism, shock compacting mechanism, swivel arm pressing head part, and pneumatic piping system, meticulously crafted for optimal performance.
1. The sturdy hollow frame body supports the arm pressure head, which engages during compacting. The pressure force is absorbed by the body, securely linked to the shock mechanism with bolts. The arm pressure head, fixed atop a swing arm, features an adjustable screw elevator to customize the distance to the sand box based on its height.
