1. Equipped with pneumatic multi-contact compaction technology, this machine eliminates oil leakage concerns while maintaining moderate pressure for model sand. With a vast range of contact points (24-72), it expertly handles complex modeling tasks with ease.
2. During compaction, the machine's frame remains unaffected by force. Instead, the table is supported by four tie rods attached to the multi-contact body. As the multi-contact extends downwards, the system—comprising the contact, hook, sand box, model plate, and table—engages in a vigorous internal compaction process.
3. Experience the remarkable pressing shock compaction! This process synchronizes sand compaction with table vibration, bypassing rack influence. The result? A superior shock compaction effect with impressively high and uniform sand hardness, averaging 85~90 on the B hardness meter. With sand utilization as low as 20~30mm and a sand consumption ratio of H:B=2~3, the cavity's vertical surface hardness still exceeds 80.
The Hydraulic Multi-Piston Moulding Machine is a sophisticated assembly comprising a machine body, a robust table, hydraulic piston contact box, a reliable mould starting mechanism, pneumatic contact box, and an efficient pneumatic piping system.
1. Built on a solid hollow frame, the machine body supports the swivel arm press head. During compaction, the swivel arm secures the machine body, directing press force through it. The machine body and shock mechanism unite via bolts, and the press head—fixed on the swing arm—uses a screw elevator to adjust its distance from the sand box based on its height.
2. The working table is crafted from high-grade ductile iron, expertly cast and shaped to accommodate varying sand box sizes.
3. The hydraulic piston contact box features a complex arrangement of multi-contact body, pneumatic multi-contact, and four robust pull hooks. The principle of pneumatic multi-contacts is such that the compaction inlet air concentrates on the multi-contact body, directing to the internal air cavity. It further channels into the fixed piston's lower air cavity, leveraging air pressure to exert substantial pressure on the sand type.
4. Boasting a sophisticated mould starting structure, it integrates two mould starting cylinders, a connecting rod, balance shaft, mould starting table, and mould starting rod. This synergy ensures that when activated, the system smoothly elevates the sand box for precise mould initiation.
5. The pneumatic piping system utilizes compressed air, expertly filtered to remove impurities and moisture. Lubricated through an oil mist, it facilitates seamless operation of all pneumatic components, controlled effortlessly via a hand-pull valve console.
