It is perfect for simple shapes and thin product sand thickness, and includes compaction balance control to prevent mold plate distortion and deformation, ultimately enhancing casting precision and reducing box collapses. This machine can accommodate thinner mold plates if needed.

3. Moulding Machine Table.
The molding process is anchored by a robust, butterfly-shaped movable plate fixed within the middle box, ensuring consistent and precise production.
Crafted with precision, the butterfly plate, bottom plate, top plate, sand box, and upper pressure plate are constructed from QT500 ductile iron, while the lower pressure plate boasts high chromium alloy iron. To guarantee exceptional equipment rigidity, numerous reinforcement bars are integrated behind the five plates. Columns are made from 45Cr and are medium frequency tempered with hard chrome plating. Our heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders, featuring NOK brand internal seals, pair seamlessly with steel wire braided high-pressure hoses to withstand extreme conditions. The lower box cylinder, outfitted with four support cylinders, substantially enhances demoulding stability. Additionally, the oil-driven sand pushing cylinder boosts performance reliability.

4. Pneumatic System.
This machine's pneumatic system proudly incorporates components from the esteemed Taiwan Airtac brand, including the air source processing triplet, pneumatic actuating cylinders, and pneumatic control solenoid valves. These components ensure dependable and efficient operation.
5. Hydraulic Pumping Station.
Our sophisticated pump station features five pairs of solenoid valves, each meticulously controlling the main, lower box, upper box, upper platen, and push type oil cylinders. Utilizing high-quality components from Japan Oil Research, the pump station operates at a hydraulic system pressure of 19MPa, with a common operating pressure of under 13MPa. The inclusion of a Mitsubishi PLC module and touch screen enables precise digital control, with adjustable settings up to 19MPa. It features an air-cooled radiator to maintain optimal hydraulic oil temperatures, safeguarding against overheating. Additionally, a built-in heater ensures oil viscosity remains ideal in low temperatures by activating automatic heating.
6. Control System.
Our comprehensive control system oversees pressure, speed, and temperature operations with precision. It employs Mitsubishi touch screens and PLCs to manage hydraulic solenoid valves and Taiwan ADATA pneumatic components effectively, ensuring seamless and interlocked actions. Temperature control is managed by Omron thermostats within the hydraulic oil temperature system, while Mitsubishi PLCs, output modules, and SND relays provide primary control, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
