3. Moulding machine table.
Our molding process uses a fixed mold on the central box during production, featuring a sophisticated butterfly-shaped movable, bottom, and top plate system for optimal molding performance.
Crafted from robust QT500 ductile iron, the butterfly plate, bottom plate, top plate, sand box, and upper pressure plate ensure unmatched strength while the lower pressure plate is made of high chromium alloy iron. Reinforcement bars fortify these plates' rigidity, and columns of 45Cr are medium frequency tempered and hard chrome-plated for durability. Heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders, with NOK brand internal seals, and high-pressure steel wire braided hoses withstand extreme conditions. The lower box cylinder, equipped with 4 support cylinders, enhances demoulding stability. The sand pushing cylinder, an oil cylinder, further improves sand pushing reliability, making the system resilient and efficient.

4. Pneumatic system
Our pneumatic system boasts premium components from the renowned Taiwan Airtac brand, including an air source processing triplet, a pneumatic actuating cylinder, and a pneumatic control solenoid valve, ensuring reliable performance and control.
5. Hydraulic pumping station.
Our advanced hydraulic pumping station integrates 5 pairs of solenoid valves, managing the main oil cylinder, lower and upper box oil cylinders, upper platen, and push-type oil cylinders. Utilizing Japan's oil research technology, the hydraulic system operates at a peak pressure of 19MPa, commonly maintained at 13MPa or lower for optimal efficiency. Digitally controlled via Mitsubishi PLC and touch screen, it allows precise pressure adjustments. An air-cooled radiator automatically activates at oil temperatures above 30 degrees, safeguarding cylinder seals and maintaining operational integrity. Equipped with a heater in the hydraulic oil tank, the system prevents high viscosity at low temperatures by automatically adjusting the oil temperature, maintaining flow and pump safety.
6. Control system.
Our control system expertly manages pressure, speed, and temperature operations, utilizing Mitsubishi touch screens and PLCs to drive hydraulic solenoid valves and Taiwan ADATA pneumatic components. Orchestrating hydraulic component actions with seamless interlocking, it employs Omron thermostats for precise temperature control. Underpinned by Mitsubishi PLC, the system integrates output modules and SND relays, ensuring a harmonious and efficient control environment.
