This powerhouse is meticulously crafted to efficiently capture fine, dry, and non-fibrous dust particles. Utilizing the superior filtration prowess of fiber fabric, our filter bag is constructed from high-quality materials such as polyester needle-punched felt, laminated polyester needle-punched felt, and high temperature resistant fluorometh. As dust-laden gas enters the bag filter, larger particles gracefully settle due to gravity into the ash hopper, while finer dust particles are masterfully retained by the filter media, ensuring the release of thoroughly purified air.

1. Experience the power of the submerged pulse valve, designed for rapid action and minimal resistance. Even with 6m to 8m long filter bags, a mere blowing pressure of 0.15 to 0.3MPa delivers outstanding dust cleaning performance.
2. Benefit from a high filtration load! Thanks to robust dust cleaning capabilities, our dust collector maintains low resistance even under high air filtering speeds, typically ranging from 1200 to 1500Pa.

Working Principle:
Witness the meticulous mechanics of our system as dusty gas enters through the air inlet atop the dust hopper. Driven by the wind baffle, the airflow ascends, slowing in speed and allowing larger dust particles to separate and descend into the dust hopper due to inertia. Within the middle box, the filter bag purifies the gas, capturing dust on its outer surface, while purified air seamlessly traverses the filter bag opening, entering the upper box and exiting through the air outlet.
Our cleaning system is engineered to perfection. As dust accumulates on the filter bag surface, the pressure difference across the collector rises. Upon reaching the set threshold, the control system initiates the dust removal sequence. A signal triggers the solenoid valve, releasing compressed air, manipulating the diaphragms to open exhaust channels. This sequence allows compressed air to be strategically sprayed into the bag, effectively cleaning accumulated dust. Once the cleaning command ceases, valves and diaphragms reset, gracefully concluding the process.
