Introducing the GS High Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer, a marvel of modern engineering, designed by Qingdao Sanzhuji Technology Co., Ltd. This innovative mixer incorporates three national patents and an optimized design, making it the latest advancement in sand mixing technology. Specially crafted for green sand mixing, the GS mixer employs a high-speed bottom scraper to create a dynamic circular flow within the basin. Simultaneously, its rotor blades impart both impact and shear forces to the sand, ensuring rapid contact and intense friction between grains. This results in a lightning-fast mixing process that eliminates the need for a separate sand loosening machine. Perfectly suited for mechanized molding machines, this mixer integrates seamlessly with screw feeders, grid dosing devices, and automatic water filling systems, forming a fully automated sand mixing unit. This ensures a continuous supply of sand for molding processes. Boasting a simple, compact design, the GS mixer promises easy maintenance and operation, along with outstanding economy, durability, and productivity. It offers exceptional loading capacity and reliable start-up capabilities, ensuring that sand performance metrics such as compactness, wet compression strength, and air permeability meet rigorous standards.
Composition of the GS High Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer:
1. The primary motor powers the reducer via a European-standard belt pulley, while the output shaft connects to the column using a chain coupling. This setup enables the spindle to drive the crosshead in a counterclockwise motion, effectively pushing the sand into a ring flow via the scraper device.
2. Mounted symmetrically on the circle's cross beam, two sets of rotor mechanisms provide robust performance. Each rotor is powered by the main motor, utilizing a V-belt and gears to achieve counterclockwise rotation after a second deceleration. The rotors work in harmony with the scraping plate to impart impact, shear, and friction forces onto the sand.
3. The transmission gears within the reducer are crafted from large modulus hardened alloy steel, ensuring a long service life. The reducer includes a magnetic oil plug to capture iron particles. The mixer’s bottom plate is lined with durable faience cast stone, while the scraper inserts are welded with wear-resistant carbide. The inner liner ring is constructed from stainless steel or high molecular polyethylene, providing robust anti-sand treatment.
4. Featuring an automatic air unloader, the unloading mechanism efficiently completes a mixing cycle in an average of 3 minutes. Once the green sand is thoroughly mixed, the discharge port automatically releases the material, eliminating manual intervention and enhancing productivity.
5. The GS mixer includes an innovative automatic water injection system. A dedicated pump adjusts water input based on the mixing volume. After initial setup and calibration, the system automatically regulates water addition for each batch, ensuring ideal moisture content in the wet sand.
6. Positioned atop the cover, a grid dosing device or electronic scale automates material addition, guaranteeing precise measurements with each batch. The design also incorporates exhaust vents for effective dust removal and heat dissipation, maintaining optimal operating conditions.
7. The reducer is securely mounted to the base. For maintenance, simply disengage the chain coupling and slide the main motor out of the coupling's insertion part. This design permits easy horizontal removal for repairs, without dismantling the column or related components.
