At the heart of the Lost Foam Process lies the vital vacuum negative pressure system. Utilizing a water ring vacuum pump, we maintain a consistently stable negative pressure within the sand box (up to -0.093MPa), ensuring optimal compactness of the dry sand and achieving casting size accuracy at CT7-9 levels. Sanzhuji's modular system features advanced intelligent dust removal and exhaust gas treatment, securing a zero-pollution workshop environment in alignment with stringent environmental regulations.


Our cutting-edge rain sand adding technology dramatically elevates production performance. Sanzhuji's optimized design of the sand feeder allows precise sand amount control, boosting sand addition speed by 30% via an elliptical sand leakage hole and a foldable plastic pad for sealing, all while minimizing dust escape and easing manual cleaning burdens. The integration of a three-dimensional vibration table with dry sand filling ensures uniform, compact inner cavities in complex castings, achieving a remarkable finished product rate of 95% or more.


Harnessing Lost Foam Technology, the foam model serves as a mold for casting production. Embedded within a vibrating compacted loose sand mold box, liquid metal is poured atop through a funnel, where high temperatures cause the foam model to gasify. Once solidified, the product is effortlessly extracted from the mold. This foam removal technology facilitates the simultaneous casting of intricately complex products since foam models can be composed of various parts, albeit requiring a new foam model per product.
