At the heart of the lost foam process is the vacuum negative pressure system. Utilizing a sophisticated water ring vacuum pump, it maintains a stable negative pressure of up to -0.093MPa within the sand box, ensuring optimal compactness of dry sand and achieving exceptional casting precision at CT7-9 levels. The Sanzhuji system's modular design, complete with intelligent dust and exhaust management, ensures a pollution-free workshop that consistently meets rigorous environmental standards.


The pioneering rain sand addition technology significantly boosts production efficiency. Sanzhuji has refined the sand feeder design, enabling precise sand volume control with a 30% increase in sand addition speed, thanks to the elliptical sand leak holes and innovative foldable plastic pad seal design, which also minimizes dust emission and reduces manual cleaning efforts. Combined with a three-dimensional vibration table and dry sand filling, we ensure the inner cavities of complex castings are uniformly compact, achieving a remarkable finished product rate exceeding 95%.


The lost foam technology allows the creation of complex products with remarkable simplicity and efficiency. The foam model is embedded in loose sand compacted by vibration. As liquid metal is poured over the foam via a funnel, gases are released due to the high temperatures. Once the metal solidifies, removal of the product is seamless. This method supports complex product designs, as foam models can consist of multiple parts, although each product requires a uniquely crafted foam model for precision.
