Green sand production line process is an innovation in the realm of foundry production: leveraging clay as a binding agent, the mechanization of the sand recovery process becomes an integral component. The reclaimed casting sand's quality post-pouring is vital as it directly influences the casting production quality, enhances output, and minimizes expenses. Due to the intricate nature of used sand recycling and treatment, processing and transporting green sand entails significant labor, often in challenging environments. Mechanization of the sand recycling and treatment process, therefore, stands out as an essential element of foundry production. Once the pouring and cooling phase concludes, a vibrating shakeout machine (or drum shakeout machine) efficiently separates the sand mold, optimizing the casting sand separation. The hot castings are seamlessly transported to the shot blasting area via a scale conveyor. A belt conveyor at the shakeout machine's sand outlet efficiently carries the old sand to the regeneration area. Here, a suspended magnetic separator is strategically positioned alongside the belt conveyor to extract iron beans from the old sand. Dust is meticulously removed from the old sand through a designated dust removal port. Screened old sand is then directed into the small sand silo where it undergoes cooling via the boiling cooling bed. The 2# bucket elevator ensures vertical lifting of the old sand to the sand silo for storage. The unloader's proficiency distributes the old sand into the 2# and 3# sand bins, while a vibrating disc feeder located at the sand bin's bottom facilitates the efficient transfer of old sand onto the belt conveyor, propelling it toward the rotor sand mixer's storage hopper. To enhance the mixture's quality, coal powder and bentonite are precisely added to the auxiliary electronic scale through a screw feeder, thereafter entering the rotor sand mixer for thorough mixing. Upon processing by the sand loosening machine, the sand is efficiently conveyed to the molding machine, ready to commence a fresh cycle of molding.
