The hydraulic system of this machine is a marvel of precision and control. 1. Simplified automatic operation: With a single button press, this machine is intuitive and easy to operate, eliminating the need for specially trained personnel.
Each complete molding sequence requires only one press of the start button (in core-less scenarios). For workpieces needing core insertion, the program will pause automatically post selection. Once core insertion is complete, simply press the close mold button, and the program will automatically finalize the process.
2. Unobstructed molding: Features include horizontal and vertical parting with no column blockage, facilitating easy core removal.
3. Quick template changes: Templates are secured by four screws and can be replaced within five minutes, accommodating molds of the same size.
4. Adjustable casting hardness: Easily modify casting hardness to meet varied casting requirements with just a few parameter tweaks, quickly reaching up to 85-90 degrees.
5. Adjustable casting heights and sand savings: The upper and lower compaction plates are adjustable, allowing for varied casting heights while efficiently conserving sand.
6. Superior moulding accuracy: Moulding is executed in a consistently positioned mold board and sand box system, ensuring high repeatability. Fully automated control of the entire process eliminates human error, resulting in consistently stable and efficient molding quality.

This method enhances casting size accuracy, reduces defects like bad sand eyes, and is suitable for simple shapes and thin products. Compaction balance control prevents mold plate distortion, improving casting size accuracy and reducing the risk of collapse, allowing for thinner mold plates.
2. Our advanced Upper and Lower Sand Injection Machine is ingeniously designed to alleviate the challenge of inconsistent sand hardness due to uniform sand cloth. By expertly addressing the issue of sand shadow for complex or tall castings, this machine caters to a diverse range of casting sizes—small, medium, and large. Even deep-hanging sand shapes on type plates can be perfectly molded. Experience enhanced casting precision with reduced collapse box occurrences, resulting in superior dimensional accuracy.
Our sand injection process leverages the sophisticated method of air-flow suspension bottom injection, ensuring the sand fills the type plate uniformly in a dynamic flow state. This innovation eliminates sand clogging, allowing the creation of deeper and more intricate shapes with consistent stability. By enhancing sand filling quality and minimizing defective sand eyes, we significantly boost the dimensional accuracy of the castings. The machine adapts to various sand types, utilizing compaction balance control to avert type plate mold distortions, ultimately reducing collapse box incidents and accommodating thinner type plate molds.
3. Moulding machine table.
The molding process is anchored on the middle box, where the mold is securely fixed. Integral components include the butterfly-shaped movable plate, bottom plate, and top.
Constructed from robust QT500 ductile iron, the butterfly plate, bottom plate, top plate, sand box, and upper pressure plate guarantee exceptional durability. The lower pressure plate boasts high chromium alloy iron, all reinforced with substantial bars for heightened rigidity. The columns are made from 45Cr, medium-frequency tempered, and hard chrome plated for supreme strength. Featuring heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders with high-quality NOK internal seals, the equipment's hydraulic hoses are steel-wire braided, enduring high pressure and temperature. The lower box cylinder is fortified with 4 support cylinders enhancing demoulding stability, alongside an oil cylinder-driven sand pushing mechanism for seamless performance.

4. Pneumatic system
The machine's pneumatic components are sourced from the eminent Taiwan Airtac brand, including an air source processing triplet, pneumatic actuating element cylinder, and a pneumatic control element solenoid valve, ensuring top-tier performance.
5. Hydraulic pumping station.
The pump station features 5 pairs of solenoid valves controlling crucial elements like the main oil cylinder, lower box oil cylinder, upper box oil cylinder, upper platen oil cylinder, and push type oil cylinder. Utilizing renowned Japan Oil Research solenoid valves and oil pumps, the hydraulic system operates at a robust 19MPa, with regular usage at 13MPa or less. Employing an oil research proportional valve with a Mitsubishi PLC module and touch screen, digital control is achieved effortlessly. Users can adjust settings via the touch screen, ensuring operational efficiency with an air-cooled radiator that activates when hydraulic oil exceeds 30 degrees, preserving the optimal temperature. Additionally, a heater is integrated into the hydraulic oil tank, automatically activating when oil temperature falls below 6 degrees and deactivating above 10 degrees, ensuring proper viscosity and safeguarding the oil pump.
6. Control system.
Our comprehensive control system meticulously manages pressure, speed, and temperature. The automatic system employs a state-of-the-art Mitsubishi touch screen and PLC to govern hydraulic solenoid valves and Taiwan ADATA pneumatic components, ensuring seamless actions and interlocks. The hydraulic oil temperature is expertly managed using an Omron thermostat. The hydraulic system is predominantly controlled via Mitsubishi PLC, utilizing output modules and SND relays for precise operation.
