Embracing cutting-edge technology, the Sand Injection System utilizes a unique method of air flow suspension and bottom injection, ensuring the sand fills the form plate perpendicularly while maintaining a dynamic flow state. This results in exceptional uniformity in sand filling, eliminating the sand clogging phenomenon. Our system reliably produces products with complex and deep shapes, thereby elevating the sand filling quality. Casting precision is markedly improved by reducing defects like sand eyes and enhancing dimensional accuracy. Our system adapts to a myriad of sand types, employing compaction balance control to thwart any distortion or deformation of the type plate mold, thereby achieving unparalleled casting precision while reducing collapse box occurrences.
3. Moulding Machine Table.
For the production process, the molding mold is securely affixed to the middle box. It features a distinct butterfly-shaped movable plate, a robust bottom plate, and an efficient top.
Our molding machine components, including the butterfly plate, bottom plate, top plate, sand box, and upper pressure plate, are crafted from premium QT500 ductile iron, while the lower pressure plate is made with high chromium alloy iron. The structure’s high rigidity is ensured by embedding numerous reinforcement bars behind the five plates. The columns are constructed from 45Cr and undergo medium frequency tempering and hard chrome plating. Our hydraulic cylinders are built to be heavy-duty, with NOK brand internal seals. The hydraulic hoses, seamlessly connecting to the equipment and cylinders, are steel wire braided, high-pressure resistant hoses. The lower box cylinder features 4 support cylinders, significantly enhancing demolding stability, and the sand pushing cylinder, an oil cylinder, further augments sand pushing stability.

4. Exceptional Pneumatic System.
Our machine's pneumatic components are sourced from the esteemed Taiwan Airtac brand, encompassing the air source processing triplet, pneumatic actuating element cylinder, and pneumatic control element solenoid valve.
5. State-of-the-Art Hydraulic Pumping Station.
This hydraulic pumping station boasts 5 pairs of precision solenoid valves, meticulously managing the actions of the main oil cylinder, lower box, upper box, upper platen, and push type oil cylinders. The solenoid valves are from the renowned Japanese 'Oil Research' brand, paired with their adept oil pumps. The system operates at a maximum hydraulic pressure of 19MPa, with a standard operating pressure of up to 13MPa. Pressure control is expertly handled by a proportional valve from 'Oil Research', integrated with a Mitsubishi PLC module and touch screen for digital precision. Users can easily adjust settings on the touch screen, with an upper limit of 19MPa, ensuring operational excellence. An air-cooled radiator keeps the hydraulic oil within ideal temperature ranges, with a cooling fan activating automatically when temperatures exceed 30 degrees. Additionally, a heater in the hydraulic oil tank ensures optimal oil temperature, preventing excessive viscosity and potential damage to the oil pump, with automatic activation below 6 degrees and deactivation above 10 degrees.
6. Advanced Control System.
Our Control System masterfully governs the pressure, speed, and temperature operations. The automated system leverages a Mitsubishi touch screen and Mitsubishi PLC for precise management of the hydraulic solenoid valve and integration with Taiwan's ADATA pneumatic components. This facilitates the seamless execution of hydraulic component actions and ensures a smooth, interlocked operational workflow. Temperature control is managed by an Omron thermostat, maintaining optimal conditions. The hydraulic system is predominantly directed via the Mitsubishi PLC, utilizing output modules and SND relays to ensure flawless performance.
