1. Mechanism Composition and Transmission Design

At the heart of the push execution unit lies a robust push plate crafted from high-strength alloy material, driven by a cylinder to enable smooth linear reciprocating motion. The chain transmission system boasts a dual-row precision roller chain, enhanced by an automatic tensioning device for unwavering power transmission. The chain and the push plate are interconnected through an adjustable connecting arm, allowing for fine-tuning of the push angle (±5°) to accommodate various sand mold sizes with finesse.

The first-stage cylinder, with a stroke range of 800-1200mm, swiftly propels the push plate to its exit position, significantly reducing idle stroke time.

Fault self-check mode, facilitating real-time monitoring of critical parameters such as cylinder pressure (0.4-0.8MPa) and chain tension (200-400N).
Equipped with an emergency stop button and a mechanical interlocking device for enhanced safety.
This advanced mechanism offers precise control over pushing force, speed, and accuracy through its modular design, complemented by the variable frequency speed regulation function (0.5-3m/min) of the chain plate line, forming a comprehensive sand mold conveying system. In practical applications, under sand mold density conditions of 1.6-1.8g/cm³, the pushing success rate impressively reaches 99.7%, achieving energy savings of over 30% compared to traditional hydraulic push mechanisms.
