1. Technical principle and core design
Turbine regeneration dynamics and sand interaction mechanism
The equipment adopts the principle of turbocharged regeneration. Through the rubbing blades of the dual-axis high-speed rotation (speed can reach 720-970r/min), the old sand forms a fluidized sand cushion in the regeneration basin. The friction strength between the sand particles is enhanced by the self-organization effect of the sand cushion, which can not only peel off the resin film (mold release rate ≥ 25%), but also avoid the crushing of sand particles (crushing rate <5%), and finally achieve an increase of more than 30% in the roundness of the sand particles. This mechanism refers to the pressurized rubbing technology of Shinto Co., Ltd. of Japan, and combines the shock-absorbing bearing seat design of Luohe Shengmei's patent to ensure stable operation at high speed.
2. Secondary regeneration classification system
First-level regeneration basin: After the old sand enters through the feed port, it is rubbed by the dual-axis blades and the bottom boiling wind (air volume 3N m³/min) to complete the initial film removal, and the inert film and dust are separated to the dust removal system through the side throttle plate.
Secondary regeneration basin: The sand particles that have not been completely treated flow into the secondary basin body by gravity. In this area, the anti-wear refraction baffle + adjustable gap grinding disc design is adopted. Through the multiple refractions of the sand flow impacting the panel, deep film stripping is achieved. At the same time, the airbag cylinder support structure can automatically avoid hard objects to protect equipment components.
Air separation optimization system
The sand particles after secondary regeneration enter the multi-stage air selection device, and a controllable airflow (0.3-0.5MPa) is generated through the centrifugal fan (power 15-22kW) installed at the bottom. The airflow separates the micro powder <0.106mm and the residual inert film, and the final old sand recovery rate is ≥90%, and the ignition loss is ≤1.0%. This design combines the boiling bed technology of Qingdao Binhai Jincheng Company and the airflow classification experience of Shengquan Group.
3. Key technological innovations
Wear-resistant and shock-absorbing collaborative design
The rubbing blades are welded with tungsten carbide hard alloy, with a service life of more than 8,000 hours;
The bearing seat is equipped with a spring layered buffer structure, and the vibration transmission attenuation rate is greater than 60%, which solves the problem of sealing failure caused by vibration in traditional equipment.
Intelligent control and energy efficiency optimization
By adjusting the lower grinding disc guide nut, the 0.5-3mm gap can be precisely controlled to adapt to different sand types (such as alkaline phenolic resin sand requires a higher gap);
The power configuration dynamically matches the output (such as 30t/h model power 18.5kW), which reduces energy consumption by 25% compared with similar equipment.
Composite regeneration compatibility
It can process a variety of old sands such as furan resin sand, water glass sand, and alkaline phenolic resin sand. In particular, for the tough film characteristics of alkaline phenolic sand, the collaborative process of high-temperature pre-baking (450-730ºC) + chemical release agent breaks through the limitations of traditional mechanical regeneration.
