This machine is mainly used for conveying loose powder materials such as clay, coal powder and cement, which are easy to flow, small viscosity, slight wear and not easy to break. It has the characteristics of simple structure, reliable use and good sealing. If feeding is controlled by time relay, the feeding can be even and quantitative.

1. Technical advantages and core component design
Based on the physical properties of loose powders (good fluidity and bulk density of 0.8-1.6t/m³), the equipment adopts modular structure and wear-resistant sealing technology to ensure long-term stable operation
2. Low-resistance conveying system:
The spiral conveying pipe adopts a double-wall hollow structure (made of 304/316L stainless steel), and the inner wall is sprayed with tungsten carbide coating (thickness ≥0.3mm) to reduce the friction coefficient of the powder (μ<0.15), and the energy consumption is reduced by 35% compared with the traditional single-tube structure.
Optimize the blade inclination angle (25°-35°) and pitch (1.2-1.5 times the pipe diameter), adapt to the characteristics of materials such as clay and cement, and the conveying efficiency reaches 15-50m³/h.
Triple sealing protection:
Static seal: Metal graphite gasket (temperature resistant 400ºC) and PTFE coating are used at the flange connection, and the leakage rate is less than 0.01mg/m³.
Dynamic seal: The transmission shaft is equipped with a labyrinth seal + nitrogen air curtain to prevent dust from entering the bearing cavity (IP65 protection level).
Intelligent compensation: The built-in pressure sensor monitors the pressure difference in the sealing chamber in real time, automatically adjusts the preload of the compensation spring, and extends the life of the seal by 3 times.
Wear-resistant and enhanced design:
Removable ceramic liners (Mohs hardness level 9) are used in easily worn parts (feed inlet, blade edge), and maintenance and replacement take less than 30 minutes.
The drive unit is equipped with carburized gears and grease lubrication system to achieve 10,000 hours of maintenance-free operation.
