Vibrating conveyor is mainly used in the casting process of vibration sand transfer, vibration screening, vibration feeding, etc., the equipment runs reliably and is easy to maintain.
In the foundry industry, the stability and efficiency of the sand treatment system directly determine the quality and production cost of castings. 1. Technical principles and adaptability to casting scenarios
The vibrating conveyor generates high-frequency micro-amplitude vibration (frequency 50-60Hz, amplitude 0.5-3mm) through an electromagnetic exciter, driving the conveying trough to form a directional parabolic motion trajectory, and realizing continuous conveying and precise sorting of sand materials.
