Based on the physical properties of sand molds (compressive strength 0.8-1.5MPa) and castings (temperature 200-600ºC), the equipment achieves technological breakthroughs through multi-frequency vibration and intelligent control:
Delta-Phase vibration technology
Adopting variable angle vibration control (±15° adjustable), the sand flow velocity and residence time are accurately matched by adjusting the vibration vector direction, and the sand particle separation efficiency reaches more than 98%, which is 30% higher than the traditional inertial sand-falling machine.
Equipped with permanent magnet synchronous motor + vector variable frequency drive system, the vibration frequency can be adjusted steplessly between 10-25Hz, suitable for resin sand, water glass sand and other molding sand systems.
High temperature sand processing system:
The vibration table is made of ZG40CrMo heat-resistant steel casting (temperature resistance 800ºC), and the surface is sprayed with tungsten carbide coating (thickness 0.3mm), which reduces the high temperature wear rate by 70%.
The bottom is equipped with a water-cooled interlayer (flow rate 5m³/h), which can control the table temperature below 80ºC to avoid the burning and hardening of molding sand.
Intelligent sorting module:
The double-layer screening structure (upper layer aperture Φ10mm/lower layer Φ2mm) combined with a pneumatic blowing device can realize the synchronous separation of iron bean impurities (>10mm) and micro powder (<2mm), and the qualified rate of old sand regeneration is >95%.
The infrared thermal imager monitors the temperature field of the casting in real time and automatically adjusts the vibration intensity (error ±5%) to ensure the lossless separation of thin-walled castings (scratch rate <0.1%).
The vibration energy recovery system can convert 30% of kinetic energy into electrical energy to feed back to the power grid. The power consumption per ton of casting is ≤1.5kW·h, and the annual electricity bill savings exceed 800,000 yuan (calculated based on a production capacity of 100,000 tons).

2. Full-process integrated solution for casting sand processing

High-temperature sand mold processing:
Directly connected to the molding line outlet, processing sand molds with a temperature of ≤600ºC, sand-iron ratio (S/M) adaptation range of 5:1 to 60:1, and a single machine processing capacity of 50-200t/h.
The closed material guide trough (leakage rate <5mg/m³) is linked to the pulse dust removal system, the dust concentration in the working area is <1mg/m³, and the noise level is ≤78dB(A).
Intelligent regeneration of old sand:
The separated old sand is sent to the boiling cooling bed by a screw conveyor, the moisture content is reduced from 6% to 2.5%, the temperature is cooled from 150ºC to 35ºC, and the reuse rate is increased to 90%.
The micro powder pneumatic conveying module (optional) conveys fine sand <0.2mm to the 3D printing sand regeneration line to achieve zero waste discharge.
Non-destructive sorting of castings:
The casting slide is equipped with a visual inspection system (5 million pixels), which can identify the residue of the pouring head and surface defects in real time, and automatically sort them to the rework line, increasing the yield rate by 15%.
