Constructed from QT500 ductile iron, our butterfly, bottom, top, sand box, and upper pressure plates promise robust performance, while the lower pressure plate, made from high chromium alloy iron, ensures durability. To uphold the equipment's rigidity, reinforcement bars are strategically cast behind the five plates. The 45Cr columns are medium frequency tempered and hard chrome plated for enhanced resilience. Equipped with heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders featuring NOK brand internal seals, the hydraulic hoses are fortified with steel wire braiding to withstand high pressures and temperatures. The system's lower box cylinder includes four support cylinders, significantly boosting demoulding stability. Meanwhile, the oil-operated sand pushing cylinder elevates sand pushing stability.
4. Pneumatic system - efficiency redefined.
Our pneumatic system showcases Taiwan's Airtac brand superiority, incorporating air source processing triplet, pneumatic actuating element cylinders, and pneumatic control element solenoid valves for optimal performance.
5. Hydraulic pumping station - unparalleled power and precision.
Our hydraulic pumping station features five paired solenoid valves, each meticulously managing the actions of the main oil cylinder, lower and upper box oil cylinders, upper platen oil cylinder, and push type oil cylinder. Utilizing Japan's oil research solenoid valves and pumps, it operates at a maximum system pressure of 19MPa, with a standard pressure of 13MPa or less. Digital control is achieved through Mitsubishi PLC modules and a touch screen, allowing easy pressure adjustments up to 19MPa. An air-cooled radiator ensures hydraulic oil maintains optimal temperatures, and a built-in heater safeguards against low temperatures by adjusting oil viscosity, protecting pumps and maintaining smooth oil flow.
