As dust-filled air enters, gravitational forces draw larger particles into the ash hopper, while finer particles are trapped by the exceptional filtering capabilities of the fiber media. The result? Crystal clear air that's meticulously purified for outstanding environmental compliance.

5. Simplify maintenance with the effortless inspection and replacement of filter bags. By utilizing high temperature resistant materials like glass fiber, PTFE, and Fluorometh, it operates seamlessly in environments exceeding 200ºC.
Working Principle:
Witness the science of efficacy as dusty air enters via the top inlet, its speed moderated by the wind baffle. Larger dust particles succumb to inertia, settling into the dust hopper. The remaining dusty air ascends to the middle box, where the filter bag captures and purifies it. The pristine air thus produced is channeled through the filter bag opening, ready for release from the upper box outlet.
As purified air flows into the upper box for emission, surface dust accumulation on the filter bag triggers a pressure increase between the collector's inlet and outlet. Upon reaching the preset dust removal interval, the control system activates the dust cleaning sequence: the solenoid valve opens, releasing compressed air from the small diaphragm's upper chamber. This dynamic shift opens the exhaust channel, releasing compressed air from the large diaphragm's chamber, shifting forces to open the output port. A powerful blast of compressed air cleanses the filter bag, vigorously ejecting dust. Once the cleaning signal ceases, the solenoid valve closes, sequentially resetting the diaphragms and halting the air blast.
