Tilted spindle dynamic design:
Our spindle configuration, inclined at a strategic 15°-25°, combines a large-end feed port (Φ600-1200mm) with a high-performance vibration motor (900-1500r/min). Sand particles follow a calculated parabolic path (velocity 2-5m/s), achieving concurrent impact, crushing, and screening. This results in an impressive processing capacity of 20-80t/h—40% more efficient than conventional horizontal screening solutions.
