1. Horizontal sand injection employs side directional airflow suspension, ensuring uniform filling with no sand blockage. Ideal for simple shapes with thin sand thickness, it maintains balance to prevent mold plate distortion, improving size precision and reducing box collapse while allowing for thinner mold plates.
2. Our innovative Upper and Lower Sand Injection Machine effectively addresses the challenge of inconsistent sand hardness, often caused by uniformly distributed sand cloth. This machine also tackles the issue of sand shadow in castings with complex shapes or significant casting heights. The Up and Down Sand Injection Molding Machine is versatile and suitable for a wide range of castings, from small to large sizes. It is capable of molding deep hanging sand shapes and contributes to reducing the collapse of the box, thereby enhancing the dimensional accuracy of the castings.
Experience unparalleled sand filling precision with our advanced sand injection system, which utilizes airflow suspension bottom injection. This technology ensures perpendicular sand filling to the type plate in a dynamic state, achieving uniform distribution and eliminating sand clogging. Capable of producing deeper and intricate shape products consistently, this system enhances sand filling quality, decreases unwanted sand eyes, and significantly improves casting dimensional accuracy. It adapts to various sand characteristics with compaction balance control to prevent mold distortion, thus allowing the use of thinner type plate molds and reducing box collapse.
3. State-of-the-Art Moulding Machine Table.
The molding process is anchored firmly on the middle box with a specially designed butterfly-shaped movable plate, bottom plate, and top structure.
Crafted from QT500 ductile iron, our butterfly plate, bottom plate, top plate, sand box, and upper pressure plate are engineered for durability, while the lower pressure plate is made from high chromium alloy iron. To ensure maximum rigidity, reinforcement bars are strategically cast behind the five plates. The columns are manufactured from 45Cr, medium-frequency tempered, and hard chrome-plated for optimal performance. Featuring NOK brand seals, our heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders come with steel wire braided high-pressure hoses, capable of withstanding both high pressure and temperature. Enhanced stability during demoulding is achieved with four support cylinders in the lower box and a high-performance sand pushing oil cylinder.

4. Cutting-Edge Pneumatic System.
The machine's pneumatic components incorporate the esteemed Taiwan Airtac brand, including a comprehensive air source processing triplet, pneumatic actuating element cylinder, and a state-of-the-art pneumatic control element solenoid valve.
5. Sophisticated Hydraulic Pumping Station.
Our advanced pump station features five pairs of solenoid valves, precisely controlling the main oil cylinder, lower and upper box oil cylinders, upper platen oil cylinder, and push type oil cylinder actions. Employing Japan Oil Research solenoid valves and oil pumps, the hydraulic system operates at a pressure of 19MPa, with a standard pressure under 13MPa. Equipped with a digitally controlled proportional valve, Mitsubishi PLC module, and touch screen, system adjustments are a breeze. Temperature management is ensured with an air-cooled radiator, activating the cooling fan if hydraulic oil exceeds 30 degrees, and a heater in the hydraulic oil tank prevents excessive viscosity at low temperatures.
6. Innovative Control System.
Our comprehensive control system manages pressure, speed, and temperature seamlessly. Utilizing Mitsubishi touch screens and PLC controls, it drives hydraulic solenoid valves and integrates Taiwan ADATA pneumatic components to choreograph the equipment's hydraulic actions with precision. Omron thermostats regulate hydraulic oil temperatures while Mitsubishi PLC, alongside output modules and SND relays, orchestrates the hydraulic system's operation, ensuring unparalleled performance.
