Meet the double injection head marvel of engineering, a machine capable of shooting two sets of molds simultaneously or operating independently with ease. The movable shooting head smoothly transitions between two distinct stations for sand addition and sand shooting. Guided by four front and rear rollers on a sturdy rail, the shooting head seamlessly integrates with the outer shell through four pressure springs. Powered by a cylinder, it gracefully moves between sand addition and shooting stations. The machine's mechanics allow the shooting cavity to engage perfectly with the shooting head and core box, while pressure springs ensure a swift reset post-operation.
Expertly designed for the curing of phenolic resin laminated sand using electric and steam heating methods, this machine produces sand cores or types with exceptional strength and finish. It employs a versatile pneumatic, hydraulic, or gas-hydraulic combined drive system, offering options like quick-change mold and sand injection plates, as well as a loose sand device. With the renowned Japan Omron PLC at its core, the machine boasts up-blowing capabilities, automatic turning, vibration sand discharge, and more, making it ideal for high-volume production of medium-sized, complex-shaped, high-precision casting sand cores. It also features electric heating with automatic temperature control for consistent results.
Experience cutting-edge technology with an LCD screen for parameter setting, process display, and fault diagnosis. This machine supports both manual and automatic control, coupled with automatic digital temperature display for precision. Post-mold opening, the mold plate pivots 90° to enable seamless core connectivity and retrieval. High-frequency quenching and hard chromium-plated guide rails ensure the mold plate moves with high precision, offering an extended service lifespan. The mold can be swiftly pumped in multiple directions, and buffer components grant rapid movement without impact. An electromagnetic overflow air-cooled hydraulic station optimally manages oil temperature to prolong component longevity.
