3. Moulding Machine Table: A sturdy platform designed to support the molding process, ensuring precise and efficient casting.
The molding process is anchored by a robust mold fixed on the middle box, with an innovative butterfly-shaped movable plate, bottom plate, and top.
Crafted with precision, the butterfly, bottom, top plates, sand box, and upper pressure plate are constructed from QT500 ductile iron, while the lower pressure plate boasts high chromium alloy iron. Reinforced extensively with casting bars, these components ensure unmatched rigidity. The columns are engineered from 45Cr, medium-frequency tempered, and hard chrome plated. Our heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders feature NOK brand internal seals, and high-pressure resistance is guaranteed with steel wire braided hydraulic hoses. The lower box cylinder, equipped with 4 support cylinders, enhances demoulding stability, complemented by an oil-based sand pushing cylinder for optimal performance.

4. Pneumatic System: Featuring premium Taiwan Airtac components, our system includes an air source processing triplet, a pneumatic actuating cylinder, and a solenoid valve control element.
Our machine's pneumatic components are meticulously chosen from the Taiwan Airtac brand, consisting of an air source processing triplet, pneumatic actuating cylinder, and a precisely controlled solenoid valve.
5. Hydraulic Pumping Station: A high-performance station equipped with 5 pairs of solenoid valves, each governing the motion of primary, lower box, upper box, upper platen, and push-type oil cylinders.
Equipped with 5 pairs of solenoid valves, the hydraulic pumping station precisely controls each main component's motion. Utilizing Japan's oil research solenoid valves and oil pumps, the system operates at a reliable 19MPa pressure, with common usage below 13MPa. Digital precision is realized through a Mitsubishi PLC module and touch screen, allowing for seamless adjustments up to 19MPa. With an air-cooled radiator, the system prevents overheating, activating a cooling fan to maintain optimal oil temperature. A heater within the oil tank ensures viscosity stability by operating between 6 and 10 degrees, safeguarding the oil pump by regulating flow.
6. Control System: A comprehensive system governing pressure, speed, and temperature operations. Utilizing Mitsubishi touch screen and PLC, it ensures synchronized hydraulic and pneumatic actions.
The control system expertly manages pressure, speed, and temperature, pivotal for seamless operations. Featuring a Mitsubishi touch screen alongside a PLC, it drives the hydraulic solenoid valve and Taiwan ADATA pneumatic components, orchestrating synchronized equipment action. Temperature control is entrusted to Omron thermostats, ensuring precision.
