1. The machine body is engineered as a solid hollow frame workpiece, supporting the swivel arm press head part during compaction. The swivel arm hooks onto the machine body for optimal press force absorption. Both components are securely united by bolts. The press head, affixed to the swing arm, incorporates a screw elevator, allowing precise distance adjustments from the press head to the sand box, accommodating varying sand box heights.
2. Crafted from ductile iron, the working table is cast and precision-shaped to fit the diverse sizes of sand boxes, ensuring steadfast reliability.
3. The Hydraulic piston contact box comprises a multi-contact body, pneumatic multi-contact, and four pull hooks. Its structure is designed for precision: air pressure channels its force, concentrating on the multi-contact body to the internal air cavity while simultaneously reaching the lower air cavity of the fixed piston. This coordinated effort allows the contacts linked to the cylinder barrel to descend and apply significant pressure to the sand type, maximizing compaction force.
