Removable Flask Molding Machine Composition:
1. Our horizontal sand injection utilizes side directional air flow suspension, ensuring even filling without sand blockages. This results in superior sand filling quality, minimizing defects and enhancing casting size precision. It's tailored for simple shapes, thin sand thickness, and features balanced compaction control to prevent mold plate distortion, improving accuracy and reducing collapses.
2. The upper and lower sand injection machine expertly addresses the challenge of uneven sand hardness caused by uniform sand distribution. It adeptly resolves sand shadow issues for complex or tall castings, allowing it to skillfully accommodate a diverse range of casting sizes—small, medium, or large. The innovative up and down sand injection molding machine is designed to handle even deep, hanging sand shapes. It minimizes collapse box occurrences and significantly enhances the dimensional accuracy of castings, delivering superb quality and precision.
Sand injection is carried out using an advanced air flow suspension bottom injection method, ensuring that sand fills accurately and perpendicularly to the type plate, achieving complete uniformity. This sophisticated technique eliminates sand clogging, enabling the production of intricate and deep-shaped products with ease. It enhances the quality of sand filling, reduces imperfections, and boosts the dimensional accuracy of castings. The machine adapts seamlessly to various sand types, employing compaction balance control to prevent mold distortion and deformation, further ensuring dimensional precision. 3. Moulding machine table.
The molding process is anchored on the middle box, securing the mold for production. Its design includes a butterfly-shaped movable plate, bottom plate, and top plate, all meticulously engineered for optimal performance.
The butterfly plate, bottom plate, top plate, sand box, and upper pressure plate are crafted from durable QT500 ductile iron, while the lower pressure plate is made from high chromium alloy iron. To ensure exceptional rigidity, a vast array of reinforcement bars is strategically cast behind the five plates. The columns, made of 45Cr, undergo medium frequency tempering and are hard chrome plated. The hydraulic cylinders are robust, featuring internal seals from the NOK brand, with steel wire braided high-pressure hoses that withstand intense pressure and temperature. The lower box cylinder benefits from 4 support cylinders, greatly enhancing demoulding stability, and the sand pushing cylinder, being an oil cylinder, further bolsters stability.

4. Pneumatic system
The machine's pneumatic components are top-tier, sourced from the renowned Taiwan Airtac brand. This includes the air source processing triplet, pneumatic actuating element cylinder, and pneumatic control element solenoid valve, all contributing to superior performance and reliability.
5. Hydraulic pumping station.
This state-of-the-art pump station boasts five pairs of solenoid valves, each expertly controlling the actions of the main oil cylinder, lower box oil cylinder, upper box oil cylinder, upper platen oil cylinder, and the push type oil cylinder. Utilizing Japan's oil research solenoid valve and oil pump, the hydraulic system operates at a pressure of 19MPa, with a regular pressure setting of 13MPa or lower. The precise system pressure control employs an oil research proportional valve, integrated with Mitsubishi PLC and touch screen for precise digital management. The air-cooled radiator activates automatically when hydraulic oil exceeds 30 degrees, maintaining optimal working temperatures and safeguarding the hydraulic cylinder seals. The hydraulic oil tank features a heater that automatically engages below 6 degrees and disengages above 10 degrees, maintaining ideal oil viscosity and protecting the oil pump.
6. Control system.
The control system is a masterpiece of precision, overseeing the entire range of pressure, speed, and temperature operations. Its automatic system leverages the powerful Mitsubishi touch screen and PLC to drive hydraulic solenoid valves and Taiwan ADATA pneumatic components, synchronizing the equipment's hydraulic components for seamless and interlocked operations. With the Omron thermostat ensuring accurate temperature regulation, the hydraulic system's primary control is managed through Mitsubishi PLC output modules and SND relays, delivering unmatched reliability and efficiency.
