Discover the unparalleled capabilities of our bag filter, a supreme dry dust filtering device designed to capture the finest, driest, non-fibrous dust particles. Crafted from top-tier materials such as polyester needle-punched felt, laminated polyester needle-punched felt, and high temperature resistant fluorometh, this filter leverages the superior filtering effects of fiber fabric. When dust-laden air enters the filter, larger particles settle into the ash hopper due to gravity, while finer dust particles are efficiently trapped by the filter media, ensuring the air is impeccably purified.

1. Embrace the efficiency of our submerged pulse valve technology, which offers rapid opening and closing with minimal resistance. Even with filter bags as long as 6 to 8 meters, enjoy effective dust cleaning at a remarkably low blowing pressure of just 0.15 to 0.3MPa.
2. Experience a high filtration load with a robust dust cleaning system. Even at elevated filtering air speeds, the dust collector maintains a manageable resistance level, typically ranging from 1200 to 1500Pa.

Working Principle:
Witness the remarkable process as dusty air enters via the top air inlet and flows upward, with its speed decreasing thanks to the wind baffle. In this optimized flow, larger dust particles separate and settle due to inertia. The remaining dusty air is filtered in the middle box, where dust collects on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified air then ascends into the upper box and exits through the air outlet.
As the cleaned air escapes through the filter bag opening, an increasing dust layer on the filter surface elevates the pressure difference across the dust collector. Once the preset dust removal time elapses, the control system activates the dust removal sequence. The solenoid valve promptly opens, discharging compressed air from the small diaphragm's upper chamber. This creates a force imbalance, opening the exhaust channel and releasing air from the large diaphragm chamber. The large diaphragm responds by opening the output port, allowing compressed air to cleanse the filter bag, effectively removing accumulated dust. When the control system ceases the signal, the solenoid valve closes, and the diaphragms reset, halting the cleaning process.
