Resin sand, an innovative core sand type, utilizes resin as a binder to achieve superior casting results. The regeneration process of old sand involves meticulous removal of binder films, optimizing the sand's surface and particle size. This allows it to serve as an economical substitute for new sand, achieving cost-effective casting solutions. Recycled sand not only reduces new sand consumption and transportation costs but also provides uniformly smooth sand particles with excellent heat settings. This significantly enhances casting quality, particularly when recycled resin sand is used, allowing for reduced resin addition. Consequently, it lowers resin costs and minimizes environmental impact by reducing waste sand discharge. The production line is equally adept at processing sodium silicate sand casting, with processes closely resembling each other.
Our resin sand production line regeneration processing system boasts an impressive annual output range of 3,000 to 10,000 tons of castings. Utilizing advanced PLC control, the system ensures all electrical equipment operates under strict protection, enhancing stability and reliability. With a simulation screen, the entire process becomes seamlessly automated, delivering consistent and dependable production performance.
Experience the seamless process flow of our resin sand production line: Post-pouring, sandboxes and castings are lifted to the inertia vibration shakeout machine. Here, large jackets and risers are manually sorted. Through the sand grid, sand, sand mass, and cold iron descend onto the magnetic separation belt conveyor. Post magnetic separation, materials proceed to the multi-functional vibrating crushing and regenerating machine for thorough screening and stripping. Screened sand is elevated via the 1# bucket elevator to the centrifugal rotor secondary regenerator for intense regeneration and complete stripping. The regenerated sand, mingled with fine powder, dust, and resin film, flows into the flow curtain air separator, linked with cyclone and pulse-type back-blowing dust collectors for comprehensive dust removal. Subsequently, sand is conveyed to the storage via the 2# bucket elevator, ready for further processing. In the sand mixer, integrated with the mobile double-arm continuous resin sand mixer, sand from the storage, curing agent from the proximal control valve, and resin are thoroughly blended, readying it for modeling and core making. The resulting mixture seamlessly transitions to the self-hardening area or undergoes alcohol paste combustion treatment, culminating in release material application, drying, and closure for final pouring and cooling.
