Introducing our state-of-the-art Hydraulic Multi-Piston Molding Machine, a versatile marvel engineered for green sand up-and-down box molding in sophisticated foundry workshops. Whether you're operating a single unit or integrating it seamlessly into a mechanized assembly line, this machine promises outstanding performance. It boasts an air cushion-type full buffer pneumatic micro-vibration mechanism, eliminating the need for special foundation requirements. The innovative starting mold utilizes a connecting rod synchronous shaft structure, paired with pneumatic oil speed control, ensuring impeccable synchronization and effortless speed regulation.
Characteristics of Hydraulic Multi-Piston Molding Machine:
1. With the adoption of pneumatic multi-contact compaction, our machine provides a leak-free environment, sparing you from the troubles of oil leakage. It applies moderate pressure ratios, putting no special demands on model sand. With an impressive 24-72 contact points, it's perfectly suited for intricate modeling tasks.
2. During the compaction process, the machine's frame remains force-free, thanks to the ingenious design where the table is supported by four tie rods descending from the multi-contact body. This structure allows internal force or internal compaction as the multi-contact extends downwards, integrating components such as the contact, hook, sand box, model plate, and table into a cohesive system.
3. The Pressing Shock Compaction feature excels by synchronizing sand compaction with table vibration, while the rack remains vibration-free. This results in remarkable shock compaction, with consistently high sand hardness averaging 85-90 on the B hardness meter. The sand consumption is minimized to a mere 20-30mm, achieving a sand consumption ratio of H:B=2-3, and maintaining cavity vertical surface hardness above 80.
Our Hydraulic Multi-Piston Molding Machine is meticulously constructed with a machine body, table, hydraulic piston contact box, mold starting mechanism, pneumatic contact box, and a sophisticated pneumatic piping system, ensuring superior functionality and reliability.
1. The resilient machine body is a robust hollow framework, featuring an upper swivel arm press head. During compaction, the swivel arm hooks onto the machine body, effectively distributing press force. The machine body and shock mechanism are securely bolted, with a swing arm-mounted press head, equipped with a screw elevator to adjust the press head's proximity to the sand box, accommodating varying sand box heights.
2. The ergonomic working table is crafted from ductile iron, perfectly cast and shaped to accommodate diverse sand box dimensions.
3. The hydraulic piston contact box comprises a multi-contact body, pneumatic multi-contact, and four pull hooks. The intricate pneumatic multi-contact structure operates by channeling compaction inlet air to the multi-contact body's internal air cavity. This air pressure action flows through a specialized channel on the fixed piston, collectively exerting pressure on the sand type, ensuring robust pressure force.
4. The mold starting structure is an engineering feat, featuring two mold starting cylinders, a connecting rod, balance shaft, mold starting table, and mold starting rod. This synchronized system ensures the simultaneous lifting of the sand box and mold initiation.
5. Our sophisticated pneumatic piping system efficiently manages compressed air through a meticulous filtration process that removes water and impurities. Post-filtration, the system infuses the air with oil mist lubricant, ensuring smooth operation of all pneumatic components. The machine's operations are deftly controlled via the hand-pull valve console, offering precision in action.
