The regenerated sand serves fourfold purposes: it slashes the consumption of new sand, diminishes transport costs associated with old sand disposal, and yields uniform, smooth particles with optimal thermal properties. Discover the sophisticated process flow of our resin sand production line: Post-pouring, the sand box and castings undergo a meticulous journey, starting with their elevation to the inertia vibration shakeout machine. Here, large jackets and risers are manually sorted. The cascading sand, along with smaller sand masses and cold iron fragments, gracefully descends onto the magnetic separation belt conveyor. Post-separation, they proceed to the multifunctional vibrating crushing and regenerating machine for a thorough crush and strip cycle. Screened sand is elevated to the centrifugal rotor secondary regenerator, where it undergoes rigorous regeneration and stripping. The regenerative process is complemented by the flow curtain air separator, seamlessly connected to both cyclone and pulse-type dust collectors, ensuring immaculate fine powder and dust removal. As the sand is systematically elevated to the storage warehouse, it is poised for the mobile double-arm continuous resin sand mixer. Here, the sand flows with precision, guided by pneumatic shutters.
