Resin sand, an innovative core sand using resin as its binding agent, undergoes a transformative regeneration process. This process meticulously strips away the binder film from the sand's surface, fine-tunes its texture, and presents itself as an economical alternative to fresh sand. The regenerated sand serves fourfold purposes: it slashes the consumption of new sand, diminishes transport costs associated with old sand disposal, and yields uniform, smooth particles with optimal thermal properties. This not only elevates casting quality but also allows for reduced resin usage during recycling, cutting down on associated costs. Furthermore, this eco-friendly approach significantly curtails environmental pollution from waste sand. Our production line also adeptly processes sodium silicate sand casting, with similar sand processing methodologies for both types.
Our resin sand production line features a state-of-the-art regeneration processing system, boasting an impressive annual capability of 3000 to 10000 tons of castings. With advanced PLC control, every piece of electrical equipment is meticulously monitored, ensuring strict protection and flawless stability. Discover the sophisticated process flow of our resin sand production line: Post-pouring, the sand box and castings undergo a meticulous journey, starting with their elevation to the inertia vibration shakeout machine. Here, large jackets and risers are manually sorted. The cascading sand, along with smaller sand masses and cold iron fragments, gracefully descends onto the magnetic separation belt conveyor. Post-separation, they proceed to the multifunctional vibrating crushing and regenerating machine for a thorough crush and strip cycle. Screened sand is elevated to the centrifugal rotor secondary regenerator, where it undergoes rigorous regeneration and stripping. The regenerative process is complemented by the flow curtain air separator, seamlessly connected to both cyclone and pulse-type dust collectors, ensuring immaculate fine powder and dust removal. As the sand is systematically elevated to the storage warehouse, it is poised for the mobile double-arm continuous resin sand mixer. Here, the sand flows with precision, guided by pneumatic shutters. Within the mixer, sand moves via screw blades, where precise additions of curing agents and pre-mixed resins ensure a homogeneous blend. The fully mixed sand is then flawlessly dispatched to the prepared sand box for modeling and core making. Final steps include transport to the self-hardening area or an alcohol paste brushing for combustion treatment, followed by drying and box closure for impeccable pouring and cooling.
