Leveraging a revolutionary sand injection method combining air flow suspension with bottom injection, this machine ensures sand fills perpendicularly to the type plate in a fluid state, achieving remarkable uniformity. This innovation eliminates sand clogging, enabling stable production of deep and complex-shaped products. The refined sand filling quality minimizes defects, enhances casting dimensional accuracy, and accommodates various sand types. 3. Moulding Machine Table.
The molding process hinges on a fixed mold set on the middle box during production. Its design features a butterfly-shaped movable plate, bottom plate, and top plate.
Designed for durability, the butterfly plate, bottom plate, top plate, sand box, and upper pressure plate are crafted from QT500 ductile iron, while the lower pressure plate is made of high-chromium alloy iron. Reinforced with cast bars for heightened rigidity, the columns are manufactured from 45Cr, medium frequency tempered, and coated with hard chrome. Heavy-duty NOK hydraulic cylinders coupled with steel wire braided high-pressure hoses ensure exceptional resistance to pressure and temperature. Four support cylinders stabilize the demoulding process, complemented by an oil sand pushing cylinder for enhanced performance.

4. Pneumatic System
This state-of-the-art machine features high-quality pneumatic components from Taiwan's Airtac brand. The system includes an air source processing triplet, pneumatic actuating element cylinder, and a pneumatic control element solenoid valve for seamless operation.
5. Hydraulic Pumping Station.
Our advanced pump station is equipped with five pairs of solenoid valves, each meticulously controlling the action of the main oil cylinder, lower and upper box oil cylinders, upper platen oil cylinder, and push-type oil cylinder. Featuring Japan Oil Research solenoid valves and pumps, the hydraulic system operates at a pressure of 19MPa, with typical operating pressures below 13MPa. Digital control is facilitated through a Mitsubishi PLC module and touch screen, allowing precision adjustments. The air-cooled radiator activates over 30 degrees, maintaining optimal oil temperatures to protect hydraulic seals. An integrated heater in the oil tank ensures smooth operation by preventing excessive oil viscosity in colder conditions.
6. Control System.
The comprehensive control system oversees pressure, speed, and temperature operations, utilizing a Mitsubishi touch screen and PLC for precise hydraulic solenoid valve and Taiwan ADATA pneumatic component activation. Omron thermostat regulates hydraulic oil temperature, while Mitsubishi PLC, via output modules and SND relays, manages the hydraulic system's actions and interlocks, ensuring seamless operation.
