Specially engineered for capturing fine, dry, and non-fibrous dust particles, this filter is the epitome of excellence in purification technology. Crafted with premium materials such as polyester needle-punched felt and high-temperature resistant fluorometh, it utilizes the sophisticated filtering effect of fiber fabric to meticulously cleanse dust-laden gases. Upon entering the bag filter, heavier and larger dust particles naturally settle into the ash hopper due to gravitational forces, while finer dust particles are impeccably filtered out as the gas passes through the media, resulting in pure, clean air.

Working Principle:
Upon entering the system through the air inlet at the top of the dust hopper, the dusty gas undergoes an upward flow correction due to the wind baffle, which reduces velocity and causes larger dust particles to settle into the hopper via inertia. The remaining dusty gas proceeds into the middle chamber, where it's meticulously filtered by the filter bag. Dust accumulates on the outer surface, while purified gas ascends through the filter bag opening, exiting through the air outlet.
The culmination of this ingenuity is observed as the cleaned gas advances into the upper chamber and is expelled via the outlet. As dust accumulates on the filter bag surface, the pressure differential between the inlet and outlet increases. Upon reaching the predetermined dust removal time, the control system initiates a sequence, activating the dust removal system. A solenoid valve promptly opens, discharging compressed air from the small diaphragm's upper chamber. The pressure alteration triggers a chain reaction, culminating in the large diaphragm's movement, opening the output port, and facilitating compressed air spraying into the bag for thorough ash cleaning. This process halts upon cessation of the control signal, as the solenoid valve closes, resetting the diaphragms and ceasing the flow.
