Introducing the GS High-Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer, an innovative masterpiece in sand mixing technology, boasting three national patents. This state-of-the-art equipment is expertly crafted for the precise mixing of green sand, utilizing a high-speed rotating bottom scraper to create a continuous circular flow within the basin. The rotor blades, spinning at remarkable speeds, impart powerful impact and shear forces, facilitating rapid and efficient contact and friction between sand grains. This ensures a swift, thorough mixing process, eliminating the need for a separate sand loosening machine. Tailor-made for mechanized molding machines, this mixer seamlessly integrates with screw feeders, grid dosing devices, and an automatic water filling system, transforming into an autonomous sand mixing unit that consistently delivers sand for molding machines. Enjoy the perks of a simple, compact design, effortless maintenance, and high productivity with load-start capabilities. Achieve superior sand performance with optimal compactness, wet compression strength, and air permeability. Experience unparalleled efficiency and durability with the GS High-Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer.
GS High-Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer Composition:
1. The main motor propels the reducer input via a European-standard belt pulley, coupling the output shaft with the column through a robust chain coupling. The spindle orchestrates a counterclockwise rotation of the crosshead, enabling the scraper device to initiate a seamless ring flow of sand.
2. In perfect symmetry, two rotor mechanisms are securely affixed to the cross beam. Each mechanism, powered by the main motor through v-belts and precise gears, rotates the sand mixing rotor counterclockwise post a dual deceleration. The synergistic action with scraping plates applies impactful shear and friction to the sand.
3. The transmission gears within the reducer are crafted from large modulus alloy steel and hardened for exceptional durability. Equipped with a magnetic oil plug, the reducer efficiently captures iron foam. The sand mixer's bottom plate is adorned with faience cast stone for a smooth, resilient surface, while wear-resistant carbide strengthens the scraper inserts. The inner liner ring, constructed from stainless steel or high molecular polyethylene, provides robust anti-sand treatment.
4. Experience the efficiency of the automatic air unloader integrated within the unloading mechanism. With a sand mixing cycle averaging just 3 minutes, the green sand is expertly mixed and automatically discharged without manual intervention, optimizing both time and efficiency.
5. The GS High-Efficiency Sand Mixer features a sophisticated automatic water injection system. Equipped with an intelligent water pump, the system precisely adjusts water injection based on sand volume. After initial setup and calibration, the system autonomously regulates water distribution to match each batch's wet sand mixing requirements, ensuring perfect moisture ratios.
6. On its top cover, the GS high-efficiency rotor sand mixer is outfitted with either a grid dosing device or an electronic scale, facilitating accurate automated material additions. The design also includes a dedicated exhaust hole for effective dust removal and heat dissipation.
7. Ingeniously designed, the reducer is mounted under pressure on the base. During maintenance, simply disconnect the chain coupling and reposition the main motor from the coupling’s insertion section, allowing horizontal removal for repair. This streamlines service without the need to dismantle the column and other components.
