Meanwhile, the rotor blade imparts a powerful impact force and shearing action, encouraging rapid contact and vigorous friction among sand grains. Paired with a screw feeder, grid dosing device, and fully automated water filling system, this mixer ensures a seamless and consistent sand mixing process, delivering continuous sand supply for molding. GS High Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer composition:
1. The main motor powers the reducer input via an European standard belt pulley, linking the output shaft to the column with a chain coupling. The spindle rotates the crosshead counterclockwise, enabling the scraper to push sand into a smooth circular flow.
2. Two rotor mechanisms are symmetrically mounted on the circle's crossbeam, each driven by the main motor through a v-belt and gears. Following a double deceleration, the sand mixing rotors spin counterclockwise, working with the scraping plate to apply robust impact, shear, and friction forces to the sand.
3. Featuring large modulus alloy steel hardened gears, the transmission gears in the reducer promise extended durability, complemented by a magnetic oil plug capturing iron foam. The sand mixer's base is lined with faience cast stone for a smooth, wear-resistant surface, while scraper inserts utilize wear-resistant carbide. Stainless steel or high molecular polyethylene forms the inner liner ring, offering excellent anti-sand properties.
4. With an automatic air unloader, the unloading mechanism completes a sand mixing cycle in just 3 minutes. Upon mixing completion, the unloading port dispenses material automatically, eliminating manual intervention and enhancing time efficiency.
