Technical analysis of dual vibration motor self-synchronous anti-vibration equipment
I. Design of dual vibration motor self-synchronous system
Principle of self-synchronous technology
The dual vibration motor self-synchronous system adopts the dual control mode of electromagnetic coupling and mechanical linkage, and monitors the operating status of the two motors in real time through the phase detection module (±0.5° phase difference accuracy). When a phase offset is detected, the PLC control system can adjust the motor speed through the inverter within 0.1 seconds to ensure that the two sets of eccentric blocks always maintain a 180° symmetrical excitation angle. This dynamic balancing technology enables the equipment to achieve an amplitude fluctuation rate of ≤2% within the frequency range of 30-100Hz, which is 40% higher than the vibration efficiency of the traditional single motor system.
Anti-interference circuit design
The system is equipped with triple redundant circuits: main control DSP chip, backup ARM processor and mechanical overload protection device. Military-grade connectors (compliant with MIL-DTL-38999 standard) are used to ensure signal transmission stability, and 99.99% synchronization reliability can be maintained at an ambient temperature of -40ºC~85ºC. The specially designed anti-electromagnetic interference shielding layer can resist the strong electric field interference of 10kV/m, and is suitable for complex industrial environments such as arc welding workshops.

2. Special welding structure for dynamic load
Material selection and processing technology
The main frame is made of Q345B low-alloy high-strength steel plate (thickness 12-30mm). After CNC plasma cutting, it is subjected to multi-stage heat treatment:
880ºC normalizing treatment to eliminate rolling stress
620ºC tempering to improve toughness (impact energy ≥47J)
Laser surface quenching (hardening layer depth 2mm, hardness HRC55)
The welding process adopts multi-layer and multi-pass welding process, and each weld is subjected to 100% ultrasonic flaw detection (in accordance with EN ISO 17635 standard). The key nodes adopt X-shaped groove design, combined with ER70S-6 welding wire (AWS A5.18 standard), the weld strength reaches more than 95% of the parent material.
Dynamic mechanical optimization
The frame is modally optimized through ANSYS finite element analysis. Within the excitation frequency range of 30-500Hz:
The first-order natural frequency is designed to be 2.5 times the operating frequency (typical value 75Hz)
The maximum equivalent stress is controlled within 60% of the material yield strength
The vibration transmissibility is reduced to 0.05 (base vibration attenuation 95%)

3. Embedded tenon and groove motor installation system
Mechanical interlocking structure
The vibration motor is installed with a dovetail tenon-slide structure (tolerance fit H7/g6) and a high-strength polyurethane cushion (Shore hardness 90A). The tenon surface is micro-arc oxidized (film thickness 50μm, microhardness HV1200), which can withstand more than 20,000 hours of reciprocating friction under 50Hz/5mm amplitude conditions.
Quick maintenance design
The maintenance channel is equipped with a hydraulic auxiliary lifting device (maximum lifting force 5 tons), which can be used with a guide pin positioning system to complete motor replacement within 30 minutes. The cable interface adopts IP68-level quick-connect connector, and the protection level meets the IEC 60529 standard, and maintenance operations can be carried out in heavy rain environments.

4. Low-height modular architecture
Compact layout
The equipment height is controlled in the range of 1.2-1.8m, and the center of gravity is lowered by the horizontally opposed motor layout. The box-section beam structure (section coefficient ≥180cm³) is adopted, which reduces the height by 40% compared with the traditional structure under the same bearing capacity. Equipped with hydraulic leveling legs (adjustment range ±50mm), it can adapt to the foundation inclination within 3°.
