Innovative Process Flow of the Resin Sand Production Line: Post-pouring, sandboxes and castings are efficiently hoisted to the inertia vibration shakeout machine. Manual sorting of large jackets and risers occurs as sand, aggregates, and small iron pieces fall through the sand grid to the magnetic separation belt conveyor. Post-magnetic separation, materials are conveyed to the multifunctional vibrating crushing and regenerating machine for comprehensive crushing and stripping. Screened sand is elevated to the centrifugal rotor secondary regenerator for robust regeneration and thorough stripping. The rejuvenated sand, accompanied by fine powder, dust, and resin film, is adeptly directed to the flow curtain air separator. Featuring an integrative cyclone dust collector and pulse back-blowing dust collector, it efficiently removes fine powder and dust. With secondary regenerator precision, sand is elevated via the 2# bucket elevator to the standby sand warehouse. A pneumatic shutter seamlessly connects the mobile double-arm continuous resin sand mixer to the sand outlet, facilitating perfect sand flow. Within the mixer, sand is propelled forward by screw blades, integrating curing agents and resin for optimal sand mixing, modeling, and core making. Crafted tires undergo self-hardening or alcohol paste combustion treatments, culminating in a meticulous process of brushing with release material, drying, and final box closure for pouring and cooling.
