Embark on a journey through our meticulous resin sand production line process flow: Post-pouring, sand boxes and castings are expertly hoisted to the inertia vibration shakeout machine. Large jackets and risers are meticulously sorted by hand, while sand, mass, and small cold iron fragments seamlessly transition through the falling sand grid to the magnetic separation belt conveyor. Following magnetic separation, materials move to the multi-functional vibrating crushing and regenerating machine for thorough crushing, stripping, and screening. Screened sand ascends via 1# bucket elevator to the centrifugal rotor secondary regenerator for vigorous regeneration. Here, fine powder, dust, and resin film traverse to the flow curtain air separator, linked with cyclone and pulse back-blowing dust collectors, eradicating all impurities. The regenerated centrifugal rotor sand, now pristine, is efficiently elevated to the sand warehouse by 2# bucket elevator, poised for future use. A pneumatic shutter connects the mobile double-arm continuous resin sand mixer's sand outlet to the sand storage, facilitating seamless flow. Within the mixer, sand advances through a screw blade, where precision-controlled curing agent and premixed resin integrate flawlessly, achieving optimal mixing. This perfected blend is directed to the discharge port, flowing automatically into prepared sand boxes for elite modeling and core making. Meticulously transported to the self-hardening area, each tire undergoes expert treatment with alcohol paste or release material, culminating in a drying, closure, pouring, and cooling process that epitomizes excellence.
