High-Strength Load-Bearing Structure:
Utilizing EP high modulus skeleton material with a breaking strength of ≥15kN/m and a heat-resistant rubber covering layer (temperature resilience from -20ºC to 120ºC), this conveyor is ideal for alternating transport of high-temperature red sand (up to 150ºC) and low-temperature limestone (down to -20ºC) in foundry settings, preventing belt hardening and cracking.
The innovative trough roller group design, with a 35° inclination, boosts the conveyor's capacity by 30%. A single unit can handle up to 200 tons per hour, efficiently meeting the continuous sand supply demands of large-scale casting operations.
Intelligent Speed Regulation and Enhanced Climbing Capability:
Fitted with a variable frequency drive system, the conveyor's speed can be precisely adjusted from 0.8 to 4.5 meters per second, perfectly aligning with the molding line's pace, such as the HWS line's need for a consistent sand supply at 2.5 meters per second.
