Resin sand, a specialized core sand using resin binders, undergoes rejuvenation to strip binder films from sand particles, creating a cost-effective alternative to new sand. This recycling addresses four key areas: conserving new sand, reducing waste disposal costs, ensuring uniform sand particles, and delivering smooth surfaces with superior heat retention. By elevating casting quality, reducing resin needs, and minimizing environmental impact, recycled resin sand shines as an eco-friendly solution. Compatible with sodium silicate sand casting processes, our line promises similar processing ease, proving both versatile and sustainable.


Our state-of-the-art resin sand production line boasts an impressive annual capacity of 3000 to 10000 tons of castings. Featuring advanced PLC controls, it guarantees secure, protected operations with stable, reliable performance, enabling seamless automatic production.


The resin sand production process is a symphony of engineering precision. Post-pouring, the sand box and castings ascend to the inertia vibration shakeout machine. Larger jacket and riser sections are manually separated, while sand, sand masses, and small cold iron fragments tumble through the sand grid onto a magnetic belt conveyor. After magnetic sorting, materials proceed to our multi-functional vibrating crusher-regenerator. Here, they undergo thorough crushing and stripping. Screened sand advances to the 1# bucket elevator, elevating to the centrifugal rotor for robust, comprehensive regeneration. Fine powder, dust, and resin film are whisked away by the flow curtain air separator, linked seamlessly to a cyclone and pulse back-blow dust collector for optimal dust management. Our meticulous process ensures premium quality sand, ready for the next phase. The sand's journey continues via the 2# bucket elevator, transporting it to the storage warehouse, poised for mixing. The mobile double-arm continuous resin sand mixer is ingeniously connected to the sand outlet through a pneumatic shutter. As sand flows, the mixer initiates forward transport using screw blades. A controlled valve integrates the curing agent, while a proximal valve delivers pre-mixed resin, setting the stage for perfect sand mixing. The refined mixture flows effortlessly to the discharge port, ready to fill sand boxes for core modeling. The tire then journeys to the self-hardening area or undergoes alcohol paste combustion, concluding with a release material brush to dry, box close, and cool.
