Introducing the GS High Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer, a revolutionary innovation in sand mixing technology, featuring three nationally patented designs for enhanced performance. This state-of-the-art mixer excels in blending green sand, utilizing a high-speed rotating scraper that propels materials into a dynamic circular motion within the basin. Simultaneously, the rotor blade delivers powerful impact and shearing forces, ensuring rapid contact and intense friction between sand grains. This results in accelerated mixing and loose sand consistency, eliminating the need for a sand loosening machine. Ideal for mechanized molding operations, the GS mixer integrates seamlessly with screw feeders, grid dosing devices, and automatic water systems to create an automated sand mixing module, continuously supplying sand to molding machines. With its compact and straightforward structure, it offers ease of maintenance and operation, along with economic and durable features. This powerhouse of productivity boasts a high load capacity and performance metrics that meet industry standards for compactness, wet compression strength, and air permeability.
Composition of the GS High Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer:
1. The main motor propels the reducer input via a robust European standard belt pulley, with the output shaft seamlessly linked to the column using a chain coupling. This mechanism drives the spindle, rotating the crosshead counterclockwise, effectively pushing the sand through a circular flow with its scraper device.
2. Positioned symmetrically on the circular beam, two rotor mechanisms are powered by the main motor. Following a dual-stage speed reduction, they rotate counterclockwise, working in tandem with the scraping plate to impart impact, shear, and friction forces to the sand, ensuring thorough mixing.
3. The reducer features high-durability large modulus alloy steel hardened gears, promising an extended service life. Equipped with a magnetic oil plug, it efficiently captures iron particles. The mixer’s bottom plate is lined with faience cast stone for smooth, wear-resistant performance. Scraper inserts boast wear-resistant carbide welding, while the inner liner ring crafted from stainless steel or high molecular polyethylene resists abrasion.
4. The unloading system features an automatic air unloader, completing the sand mixing cycle within an average of 3 minutes. Upon mixing green sand, the unloading port automatically dispatches the material, streamlining operations and maximizing efficiency without manual intervention.
5. Equipped with an advanced automatic water injection system, the GS mixer boasts an automatic water pump that adjusts water input based on sand volume. After initial setup and calibration, it precisely injects water per batch to maintain optimal wet sand moisture levels.
6. Positioned on the top cover, a grid dosing device or electronic scale ensures automatic and precise material addition, maintaining accuracy with every batch. An exhaust hole is included for effective dust removal and heat dissipation.
7. For maintenance, the reducer, securely mounted on its base, can be easily serviced by disconnecting the chain coupling and maneuvering the main motor out of its coupling position. This design allows for horizontal extraction without dismantling the column or associated components.
