This remarkable machine eradicates the issue of sand shadows in intricate or towering castings. Designed for versatility, the Up and Down Sand Injection Molding Machine caters to castings of all sizes—small, medium, and large. Featuring a deep hanging sand shape type plate capability, it not only molds with precision but also minimizes collapse boxes, thus enhancing the dimensional accuracy of your castings.
Our Sand Injection System employs cutting-edge air flow suspension bottom injection technology, ensuring sand fills the type plate in a seamless, flowing state. This guarantees uniform sand filling, effectively eliminating sand clogging and enabling the stable production of deeper, more complex shapes. By elevating the quality of sand filling, we significantly reduce undesirable sand eye effects, and enhance casting dimensional accuracy. Our system is compatible with various sand types, incorporating compaction balance control to prevent type plate mold distortion and deformation. This results in improved casting precision, reduced collapse boxes, and the flexibility to utilize or thinner type plate molds.
3. Moulding machine table.
The Molding Mold is expertly affixed to the middle box for seamless production. It features a butterfly-shaped movable plate, bottom plate, and top plate.
Crafted with precision, the butterfly plate, bottom plate, top plate, sand box, and upper pressure plate are constructed from QT500 ductile iron, while the lower pressure plate boasts high chromium alloy iron. To ensure maximum rigidity, numerous reinforcement bars fortify the five plates' rear, with columns made from 45Cr, medium frequency tempered and hard chrome plated. Our hydraulic cylinders are of the heavy-duty variety, featuring NOK brand internal seals, while steel wire braided high-pressure hoses connect to the equipment and hydraulic cylinders, withstanding high pressure and temperature. The lower box cylinder is equipped with 4 support cylinders, greatly enhancing demoulding stability. Additionally, the sand pushing cylinder, an oil cylinder, significantly boosts sand pushing stability.

4. Pneumatic system
Our machine’s pneumatic components epitomize excellence, incorporating Taiwan Airtac brand technology. This includes the air source processing triplet, pneumatic actuating element cylinder, and pneumatic control element solenoid valve.
5. Hydraulic pumping station.
The state-of-the-art pump station incorporates 5 pairs of solenoid valves, each governing the action of main oil cylinders, lower and upper box oil cylinders, upper platen oil cylinders, and push type oil cylinders respectively. Utilizing cutting-edge oil research solenoid valves and oil pumps from Japan, our hydraulic system operates at a pressure of 19MPa, with a common pressure of 13MPa or less. Precision pressure control is achieved through the oil research proportional valve, Mitsubishi PLC module, and touch screen, enabling digital control. Easily adjust settings by inputting numbers on the touch screen, with an adjustable upper limit of 19MPa. Our equipment also features an air-cooled radiator, activating the cooling fan when hydraulic oil exceeds 30 degrees, maintaining oil within optimal working temperatures and protecting hydraulic cylinder seals. A heater within the hydraulic oil tank activates below 6 degrees, ceasing above 10 degrees, to prevent high oil viscosity and safeguard the oil pump.
6. Control system.
Our Control System offers comprehensive oversight of pressure, speed, and temperature operations. The automatic system employs Mitsubishi touch screens and PLC control for driving hydraulic solenoid valves and Taiwan ADATA pneumatic components, ensuring synchronized and interlocking equipment actions. Omron thermostats regulate the hydraulic oil temperature system, while the Mitsubishi PLC, with output modules and SND relays, governs the hydraulic system's precision control.
