GS High Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer composition:
1. The primary motor is designed to drive the reducer via a European standard belt pulley. Its output shaft connects to the column with a chain coupling, enabling the spindle to counterclockwise rotate the crosshead. This motion ensures the scraper device effectively pushes the sand, creating a consistent ring flow.
2. Ingeniously engineered, two rotor mechanisms are symmetrically positioned on the circle's crossbeam. Each is powered by the main motor using a v-belt and gears, facilitating a dual-phase deceleration. This allows the sand mixing rotor to counterclockwise rotate, providing the sand with precise impact, shear, and friction in conjunction with the scraping plate.
3. The transmission system features large modulus alloy steel hardened gears in the reducer, promising long-lasting durability. Equipped with a magnetic oil plug, it efficiently captures iron foam, while the sand mixer's bottom plate is lined with smooth, wear-resistant faience cast stone. The scraper inserts, welded with durable carbide, and the inner liner comprised of stainless steel or high molecular polyethylene, ensure maximum resistance against sand abrasion.
