1. Designed with pneumatic multi-contact compaction, this machine eradicates oil leakage issues. It offers a perfectly balanced pressure ratio, eliminating any special model sand requirements. With 24-72 contact points, it meets the demands of intricate modeling.
2. During compaction, the frame experiences zero force. Instead, the table is expertly supported by four tie rods descending from the multi-contact body’s side. The compaction process is defined by the downward motion of the multi-contact system. By viewing the contact, hook, sand box, model plate, and table as a unified system, this internal force compaction ensures unrivaled strength.
3. The pressing shock compaction technique excels by simultaneously compacting sand and working in harmony with the table to produce a shock effect. The rack remains vibration-free, resulting in outstanding shock compaction, high and consistent sand hardness (averaging 85~90 on the B hardness scale). The sand consumption can be minimized to just 20~30mm, achieving an impressive H:B sand eating ratio of 2~3. Even the vertical cavity surfaces maintain hardness levels exceeding 80.
The Hydraulic Multi-Piston Moulding Machine is a masterpiece of engineering, comprising a robust machine body, precision table, hydraulic piston contact box, advanced mould starting mechanism, pneumatic contact box, and a comprehensive pneumatic piping system.
1. The machine body features a sturdy hollow framework. Its upper section supports the swivel arm press head, which, during compaction, hooks onto the machine body to bear the press force effectively. The body is intricately bolted to the shock mechanism, while the press head, affixed to the swing arm, is equipped with a screw elevator, enabling precise adjustments between the press head and sand box according to sand box height.
2. Crafted from durable ductile iron, the working table is expertly cast and molded, tailored to accommodate the specific dimensions of the sand box.
3. The hydraulic piston contact box is a marvel of engineering, comprising a multi-contact body, pneumatic contacts, and four robust pull hooks. The pneumatic multi-contact system operates by channeling compaction inlet air into the multi-contact body’s internal air cavity. Simultaneously, air pressure guides the flow into the fixed piston's lower air cavity via a specialized channel, enabling the contacts linked to the cylinder barrel to exert pressure on the sand type. The resultant pressure is a calculated force derived from the interplay of d1, d2, and d3 areas, magnified by air pressure, ensuring exceptional compaction.
4. The mould starting structure is ingeniously comprised of dual starting cylinders, a connecting rod, balance shaft, and mould starting table and rod. When activated, the starting cylinders propel the connecting rod and balance shaft, facilitating the synchronized lifting of the sand box by the four top rods for seamless mould initiation.
5. The pneumatic piping system is designed with precision, delivering compressed air through an air filter that purifies it by removing water and impurities. This purified air, further enriched with lubricant via oil mist injection, powers every pneumatic component and mechanism. Machine operations are executed with precision, guided by a user-friendly hand-pull valve console, ensuring effortless and efficient control.
