Engineered for precision, this dry dust filter device is designed to expertly capture fine, dry, non-fibrous dust particles. The filter bag, crafted from premium materials such as polyester needle-punched felt, laminated polyester needle-punched felt, and high-temperature-resistant fluorometh, harnesses the sophisticated filtering power of fiber fabric to purify dust-laden air. As dust enters the filter, larger particles gracefully settle into the ash hopper, while finer dust is efficiently captured by the filter media, ensuring only purified air is released.

1. Featuring an innovative submerged pulse valve, this system boasts rapid opening and closing with minimal resistance. For filter bags ranging from 6 to 8 meters in length, it requires a blowing pressure of just 0.15 to 0.3MPa, delivering exceptional dust cleaning effectiveness.

Working Principle:
The process begins as dusty air enters through the top air inlet of the dust hopper. The airflow is directed upward by a wind baffle, which reduces the flow speed and causes larger dust particles to separate and fall into the hopper due to inertia. The dusty air then transitions to the middle box, where it is meticulously filtered by the filter bag. Dust gathers on the filter bag's exterior surface, while the purified air passes into the upper box and exits through the air outlet.
Upon entering the upper box via the filter bag's opening, the cleaned air exits through the outlet. As dust accumulates on the filter bag's surface, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet escalates. Once the dust removal cycle reaches its predetermined duration, the control system activates the dust removal sequence. The solenoid valve promptly opens, allowing compressed air in the small diaphragm's upper chamber to discharge, altering the force balance. This action opens the exhaust channel, releasing compressed air from the large diaphragm's upper chamber, triggering the movement of the large diaphragm. This sequence opens the output port, enabling compressed air to be forcefully injected into the bag via the output and blowing tubes, effectively cleaning the bag. The sequence concludes as the control signal ceases, closing the solenoid valve, and resetting both diaphragms, halting the blowing process.
