Our state-of-the-art jolt-squeezing moulding machines are an assembly of components including a body, working table, mould initiation mechanism, shock compacting system, swivel arm pressing head, and a comprehensive pneumatic piping system.
1. The machine's body is a robust hollow frame, with the upper part supporting the arm pressure head. During compaction, the arm secures the body, with the pressure force absorbed by the body. Bolted together, the body and shock mechanism work in unison, while the arm pressure head, affixed to a reversible swing arm, includes an adjustable screw elevator to set the distance to the sand box, accommodating varying heights.
2. The working table, crafted from cast ductile iron, is tailored to the sand box's dimensions, ensuring durability and precision.
3. The rotating arm's movement is expertly managed by a hand-pull valve, which controls the cylinder piston, enabling smooth forward and backward arm rotations.
4. The mould initiation structure, comprising two initiation cylinders, a connecting rod, balance shaft, initiation table, and rod, operates cohesively. Upon activation, these components elevate the four top rods, lifting the sand box to commence the moulding process simultaneously.
5. Shock Compaction Structure: Our innovative design features a spring micro-vibration pneumatic compaction structure that amplifies the compaction effect through enhanced vibration. During operation, the clamping cylinder securely locks the compaction cylinder into place as the mold is engaged, ensuring stability and precision. When the mold completes its cycle and is released, the clamping cylinder swiftly disengages.

Compressed air is purified through a high-efficiency air filter, eliminating water and impurities for optimal performance. This purified air, enriched with precision-injected lubricant from the oil mist, powers each pneumatic component and mechanism.
