GS High Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer composition:
1. At the heart of the mixer, the main motor powers the reducer via a European standard belt pulley. This drives the spindle, which then energizes the crosshead to rotate counterclockwise. The precision-engineered scraper device dynamically pushes the sand, creating a seamless ring flow within the system.
2. Symmetrically positioned rotor mechanisms anchor on the circle's cross beam, each activated by the main motor through a v-belt and gears. Following a second deceleration, these rotors rotate counterclockwise, working in harmony with the scraper plate to expertly administer impact, shear, and friction to the sand.
3. The mixer features transmission gears, crafted from high modulus alloy steel and hardened for longevity, housed within the reducer. A magnetic oil plug captures iron foam, enhancing durability. The base is lined with smooth, wear-resistant faience cast stone, while scraper inserts are reinforced with carbide. An inner liner ring, made of stainless steel or high molecular polyethylene, provides effective anti-sand treatment.
