Our advanced Furan resin sand (Self-hardening Sand) recovery system is ingeniously designed to customize according to your specific needs, optimizing the recovery of old sand. This system stands as a testament to our commitment to sustainability and cost-effectiveness.

Resin sand, an ingenious core material bonded with resin, undergoes a transformative regeneration process. This process meticulously cleanses the sand, removing the binder film, and adjusting the particle size for optimal use. Recycled sand is an economical alternative, reducing new sand consumption and transportation costs. The even, smooth particles enhance casting quality, especially when the resin sand is reused, minimizing resin costs and environmental impact. Our process line seamlessly adapts to sodium silicate sand casting, showcasing versatility in sand processing.


Our state-of-the-art resin sand production line boasts a regeneration processing system capable of producing 3,000 to 10,000 tons of castings annually. With PLC-controlled electrical equipment, enjoy a fully automated, stable, and reliable production experience depicted through an intuitive simulation screen.


Process flow of resin sand production line: Following pouring, the sand box and castings are adeptly hoisted to the inertia vibration shakeout machine. Large jackets and risers are manually sorted, while sand and small cold iron pieces fall through a grid to the magnetic separation conveyor. Post-separation, the materials are processed in our multifunctional vibrating crushing and regenerating machine, ensuring thorough crushing, stripping, and screening. The screened sand is elevated to the centrifugal rotor regenerator for intense regeneration, passing through a sophisticated air separator system to eliminate fine dust. Further elevation and mixing with the mobile double-arm continuous resin sand mixer ensure seamless blending of curing agents and resin, preparing it for flawless sand modeling and core making.
